This has happened to me 4 times. I have reported it each time. It is completely unacceptable!

Yesterday I completed the three badges for the launch - was on chapter 4 or 5 and this morning the game has loaded at the beginning again - this needs to get sorted - Pogo can you please reinstate my progress - many thanks -

Hello! Sorry to hear your game reset too - Not fun! If you or anyone reading this has tried the steps of "clear your cookies and cache" and checking for "browser and device updates"

I have done all those things and it still resets almost every day. You cannot be at the beginning of the game and have over 10000 pogis. The game is resetting, please fix it. It is happening on IPad, IPhone and my PC.
What could possibly be the happening is how the OS handles browser storage and permissions (even for one particular game).
Apple is very well known for their security features - In short: the main culprit is Safari’s strict cookie/storage rules combined with Pogo’s reliance with cookies and cache as a browser-based gaming site.
Steps to Try:
- Go to Settings > Safari and make sure Block All Cookies is off and Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is off.
- Avoid Private Browsing mode.
- Try another browser (like Firefox or Chrome on iOS). Some users reported this works better.
- Try adding Pogo to your Home Screen (Shortcut - also known as a Progressive Web Apps), which sometimes improves storage persistence.
- Keeping both iOS and your browser up to date is one of the simplest but most effective ways to avoid glitches. Updates often patch compatibility issues, improve how Safari handles cookies/local storage, and fix bugs that can interfere with saving progress.

Yes, mine went back to the beginning this morning. Lost all my levels. My mom and I have been playing this game every day and have completed all the levels as far as we could go. This is so frustrating.
