Hi @carolcross Thanks for the update, would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screen Name:
- Device make/model:
- Date issue began happening?
- What Network type is being used? (Wifi, ethernet, hotspot, etc)
- Game(s) you are playing when this happens?

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing with Pogo. If you are currently running into issues with Pogo or its games disconnecting or not fully loading please FIRST try going through the following steps.
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know the following:
- Screename:
- Device Make/Model:
- Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
- Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)
