While I don't have the ability to reimburse items lost in games, I can certainly pass this information along to the Pogo team to investigate. 

To help out with that, can you share some information about the computer you use to play Pogo? Just go to the Pogo Compatibility Tool and copy the System Information section, then paste it here as a reply, and I'll send that up with the details you've given so far on the coin loss you've had.
