Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try?

Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?

Screenname:
What Device are you using?
Which web browser do you play on?
Do you get an error message at all?
Screenshot of how your game appears...

really can"t right now dealing with a post op feline he means more to me than a game always plus game doe not always work like that it is ohh and on. running win 10 thru google chrome dedicated to pogo gotta go

sorry bout the quickened answer i play on my desktop pc but i play pogo on the pogo app not a web browser game has been playing okay lately but i have noticed every so often it does not give me the win credit when i have won the hand. It does not give error message i just have to be paying attention to it not giving me the bonus on the spin feature or credit for the win it seems to be a random bug. if it were my end of it it would happen in all or most of the other games which it has not.
