Hello! This is almost always a browser‑side issue, not a game issue. A required file or connection is failing at the same point every time, which causes the loading bar to freeze.

If you or anyone reading this would like to verify this independently, search: "Why does my browser‑based game stop loading at 26%". You’ll see this is a common behavior across many HTML5/WebGL games and not unique to Pogo, but common for browsers and devices. This is also why you'll see some able to play and others not.

Common causes include:

• Corrupted cache or cookies
• Browser extensions blocking game scripts
• WebGL or GPU acceleration issues
• Antivirus or firewall blocking the game’s handshake
• VPN or proxy interference
• Router/modem blocking outbound connections
• Outdated browser or outdated graphics drivers
• Unstable network or packet loss
• Possibly other issues depending on the device, browser configuration and resources needed to load the game.
