I can not take a screen shot on my computer I tried and how would I send you a video I can't get club pogo on my phone? So no I can't do the solution you have asked.

@deborahican Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:
- What device and browser your using (Version if possible)
- A Screenshot or video clip (Using Windows Game Bar, Using Screen to Gif)
- ADxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we can share this with the team.
