I am so frustrated with my club pogo membership which i have had since 2001.  It is so hard to sign in lately to pogo to play canasta.  WHY?  now I get a prompt needing a code periodically.  Then I get the code and tonight it states unable to authenticate.  I pay for this crap and no way to get help.  No customer service when the problem exists which is so frequent lately.  Again I am paying for this disservice. EA is terrible.  I( probably will not even get a response they are so bad.

    I agree 100% I can’t get canasta or jungle Jin to load I’m super frustrated. I even signed out and had to sign back in and my password was not working. I couldn’t get it to load on my emails. It was a nightmare. This happened to me a while back couple years ago. I ended up having to change my login because remember, I’m not really sure what’s going on, but I’d like to know when canasta and jungle are coming back. Hope they can give us an update

    Did you ever get your account to load Canasta or Jungle Gin?  I have been trying to get in for abour 24 hours, I do not understand?

    Same thing is happening to me -- it will also freeze in the middle of a game!  Not the same at all.  I hate it.  Have you found any alternatives?  I'm ready to ditch pogo and move on.

    Same can not authenticate. Don't understand how is could take 24 hours to fix a game they created. I still like the other version better. This is so frustrating. I only belong to play canasta and this is second time this has happened. Come on programming correct this.

  • Totally agree. We pay for this???  The solutions they give don't work anyway.

    I agree.We need to be compensated for there mistake,I dont want of stupid gems.

    I'm a paying customer also If stuff like this keeps up I'm considering leaving POGO You've got rid of some of the Best Games Pool, Poker except 1 and Canasta which is a weekly and cannot finish Get it fixed

    what is going on with pogo, fix the problem.  You took my gems and won't let me play my game .
