Re: search missing gems

Hey there, @Sta12firedude.

In addition to what @CarbonCarl mentioned, one thing you can try is to look in your Gem Transaction Record. It has a full record of all the things you have spent Gems on, as well as earned or purchased Gems.

From the new Pogo Experience:

1. Click on your avatar in the upper right corner and select My Account
2. Sign in for security reasons
3. On the left-hand side, select Billing & Subscription
4. Under My Gems Purchasing, select View your Gem transaction record

From there, it will list the oldest transactions first by default. You may need to scroll to the bottom to see the latest.
