Account Sta12firedude not Firedudedy Gems taken from account after renewing they were not used for purchase where are they now?

You will need contact an EA adviser if you're missing items from your account, they can look into your account and see what might have happened.

@sta12firedudeDy Gems Taken from account in June I did not use these My screen name is Sta12firedude not sta12firedudeDy this is not me? My E-mail Adress is [edit: email address removed] I do not want to receive any thing about FiredudeDy if I do it will explain the problem.

@EA_Arrenai I look at Transaction Records June Transactions were not me maybe firedudeDy used my gems.

Hey there, @Sta12firedude.

The @Sta12firedude username is what your Pogo account has set for your EA Network ID. You can change this network ID at any time by going to https://profile.ea.com and clicking on Edit, or by going to https://www.pogo.com/profile and then click on Edit on EA.com next to the username.

Rest assured, it's all one and the same account.

If you do see that the Gems were spent in the Gem Transaction Record, then it looks like you found what they were spent on. Does anyone have access to your Pogo account besides yourself? Have you made any purchases of badges and/or power-ups?
