Re: Tile Hero: Not Rewarding Powerups - August 2026

This is the second time that I haven't gotten my rewards for finishing a whole story level. I just finished level 618 and it SAID I got 1000 coins and one of all the helpers but when I went to play the next level none of that was there. This has happened before. I'm going to cancel my subscription if this is not fixed. I've been a very long time subscriber. This is rediculous that we have to report things in this way. This is not a professional operation.

I just had the same problem.
Also, twice I've used coins to buy powerups and I get an error message. My coins are gone, but I don't have my powerups.

It's getting annoying, I've lost so many coins playing this because the game is so messed up that it's just not fun.
