Received email providing 50 units of energy in Merge academy

I did not receive the units of energy. please provide to my account. I play this game daily!!

    Hi Folks,

    I'm so sorry to hear the units didn't come through after receiving the email. Sometimes when items get stuck, clearing the browser cache can help resync things and help content come through. 

    If the units don't appear after clearing the cache, *snip* please get in touch with our support team for help with missing content. They'll take a look into your case from there. This guide will share more about connecting with the support team:

i also did not get my energy. and i also agree 50 is not enough and would have used far more then that while pursuing the goal. what a ripoff
