renewal gems
I have not received May or June's renewal gems and I have reported this in May and I was told they are looking into it, well here is another month and still no gems. So I'm canceling my pogo subscription.

Hello and thanks for reaching out! The Club Pogo Rewards program changed in April 2026. The Club Pogo Rewards program expanded how members collect Gems, power‑ups, and month‑to‑month benefits. You can view yours by clicking on Loyalty Rewards
If you are having an issue accessing your rewards here, you will need to contact EA Help or email Pogo_Sconnie via Pogo email.
