Sent through Pogo Email.
Please do not respond or call them - they have been trying to run this scam since 2022 using the same gimmick - they just keep opening new accounts over and over again using unofficial names & titles in their usernames.

The "give us the justification that why we should not" part made me laugh. Sorry, this happened to you too.
I had a friend who fell for this a while back and she got so scared. They asked for CC verification, DOB and IP info "to verify she was the owner of the Pogo account", she left Pogo soon after. Sorry you got this too. Take Care & Stay Vigilant 😊
