Hello and thanks for reaching out with a screenshot, that really helps! I'm sorry the Treasure Chase is giving you trouble, especially with the event ending July 20. I double-checked before replying and the Day at The Fair event page is loading and displaying as designed and Farm Merge Valley is playing normally. This points to something on your device or browser blocking the displays and game from fully loading.
Because Pogo is a browser-based gaming site each game stores its own data separately. Different games can also place different demands on our browser, system and graphics, so the experience can vary from game to game. Gaming on our devices is a lot different from casual web browsing, so problems can come from an outdated browser, stale cache and cookies, browser extensions like ad blockers or VPNs, pending device or graphics updates, or internet routers - Yes, even our internet routers need a bit of cleaning and updating from time to time.
🎯 Quick check (worth trying first, with the event ending soon): First, force a completely fresh reload of the event page. On a computer, hold down the Shift key and click your browser's reload button (the circular arrow near the address bar). On a tablet or phone, close the browser app completely, then reopen it and return to the page. If it's still stuck, try opening the page in a different browser, or in a private/incognito window. This will help with things like extensions and ad blockers, which can quietly stop parts of a page from displaying.
