Scrabble Not Loading

Seems to be working just fine now!

I've been having the same problem or scrabble saying that I'm not connected This has been happening since before Christmas, also happens with Jungle Gin very aggravating

Scrabble won't load for me either, not since about Friday. Pogo must have done something to corrupt the program because things changed suddenly.   I just get the wait screen now.  Occasionally it loaded over the last couple days, but then  it takes forever to verify a word. Definitely not a user problem, it's Pogo's fault.  I'm not reporting it because they request all this info on your system as if they're sure it's going to be the user's fault.  Please just fix it!!

yes I'm having that same issue for days

I see that many others have complained about Scrabble, too.  I am having the same problem with it, as it will occasionally load but so slow it's unbearable.  Then the game play is so slow, it's almost impossible to tolerate. 

We pay to play these games and should be able to access them easily without all these problems.  I don't want to cancel my membership as I really look forward to playing but if it won't function properly, I can't justify it.

I, too, have been having Scrabble issues re: loading, freezing and poof starting over.  I've done all that was suggested and it still isn't working right.  What gives?  

Scrabble has not been loading for me for the past four days.  It started with letters not sticking, slow determining score and now inability to get into the game.  It stops at "Connecting"  Please fix this.

Clicking for EA Help goes to a page with a 500 Error.  This entire process is a black hole.
