Scrabble Slow Loading and Lagging March 2026

My scrabble game is freezing or accepting a word very slowly.  I play the bots and many times the bot freezes and you have to wait 2 minutes to continue the game.  Please fix this.

Hello......is anyone there? At least acknowledge that you are aware of it. Scrabble is freezing and extremely slow.

Yes, I'm having difficulty with Scrabble x multiple days.  Doesn't load immediately, takes a while for letters to appear then a dark bar goes across a few of the spaces on the board.  Very frustrating.  

same is happening to me for a couple of weeks and it doesn't get resolveled

Scrabble has not been working properly for the last few wks. It is lagging, having difficult loading..............it is so frustrating. Is there a solution or are the Pogo techs trying to solve the problem?

Any members that play Scrabble regularly, and I mean daily, should be given a refund on their membership fees.  This game has had so many problems, issues, glitches, it’s hard to keep count!  However, there NEVER seems to be a problem notifying me that my membership is due, or taking my credit card!  

As I indicated before, if there is ever another gaming site that offers Scrabble, I will be cancelling my Pogo membership immediately.  It is absolutely appalling that you continue to take money for a “service”, if we can call it that - that is so incredibly inefficient.  And why don’t you send out a blanket message to all gamers that you are aware of the problem(s) and are attempting to fix it?!?!?  This at least would give people some hope that the problem might be solved!  

For a least a week now Scrabble is very slow and sometimes freezes and I have to Stand Up it used to work so fast before. There is something wrong. Yes I have cleared browsing and cach  nothing helps. Other games are fine so it's got to be a bug in the game

Having the same issues with scrabble for days. All the games are in need of fixes!
