what an embarrassment! Secret word garden has an error in the story - the word plant's needs an apostrophe - how ironic.
For the unsure:
PLANTS = more than one plant (plural noun)
PLANT'S = belonging to the plant (singular possessive)
PLANTS' = belonging to more than one plant (plural possessive)
I just bought some plants.
One plant's leaves look a bit thin.
I also bought some more pottting soil, to nurture all the plants' roots!
I haven't played this game yet, but your post may make me try - just for the entertainment of reading stupid errors by a company that has more than enough money to do basic proofreading. Solitaire Home Story and Matching Moments also have grammar issues and typos! Don't even get me started of the stupidity of the order of tasks (e.g. decorating before cleaning a room, placing rugs before fixing the giant hole in the floor, fixing and remodeling an entire backyard before rescuing a wailing pig stuck in the mud....)
