Several games having black boxes making the unplayable.

I am having problems with Stack HD and Yahtzee wild.   I am getting black boxes in both, which makes Stack'em completely unplayable.  It is not my computer as I have recently played Stack'em and made significant progress on the badge. Can someone please fix these issues?

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screenname:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    I have been having this problem for 2 weeks how are we suppose to complete the challenges

  • this is happening to me today.. no daily challenges or personal challenges showing up

  • How do you get actual help. Their solution did not work and I cannot see how to let them know that

  • I have tried all of these steps and still having the same issues.  I am having problems with Sweet Tooth and Thousand Island Solitaire. I was starting to have problems with Poppit! Bingo but after I reloaded it a few times it worked well, as other games somedays work and somedays don't.  I also have not gotten error codes.

    Using MIcrosoft Edge Version 120.0.2210.77  also tried Google chrome
