Sign In Issues

Hi all,

I have had troubles signing in to my Club Pogo game now for a couple of days in Microsoft Edge. When I try to sign in it goes through the paces but then takes me right back to the Sign in / Register page.

I can however sign in with Google but i don't like using Google so any help on getting me back into my Pogo account in Edge will be gratefully appreciated.

    Oops. I hit enter too soon.

    Anyway as mentioned above I had tried everything that you had said without success. I then realized what the problem was and I turned off my adguard adblocker and immediately got back into Pogo.

    Hello! Sorry to hear about your experience while attempting to log in to the Pogo website. Please ensure you are signing in to the site here >  Pogo Sign In

    Because Pogo relies heavily on our browsers it is imperative for us to keep our devices updated and Clear Browser Cache and Cookies often. From what it sounds like Edge may need some cleaning and/or updating - this is why Google is working (not as used), 

    Check for system updates

    • Go to Settings > Windows update
    • Edge will check for updates and install them if needed

     

    Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

    If you continue to have issues you can double check your Pogo account and contact EA Help, just log in using your Pogo information in the top right corner > EA Help: Official support
