I have been having issues with Solitaire Home Story for over 6 months now. I can't get past Chapter 3 Give Kate a tour and I have over 600 stars I should be able to finish a bunch of Chapters by now. But everytime I go to finish the Chapter it just freezes up. I have complained and asked for help with this multiple times now. I am getting really frustrated and I'm really thinking about cancelling my membership because I should be able to play every game without issues. They really need to go back to how it use to be when you called talk to someone about problems or issues with the games.
Haven't been able to play the game for over a week it just doesn't open up and now I'm having the same issues with a bunch of the other games like Mahjong sanctuary and other games for the badges. If I can't play the games I want to play what's the point in paying for something if I can't use it.
