• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
• Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?
• Screenshot of how your game appears...

I cannot get game credits when I win a game in Solitaire Home Story.  Very frustrating as it's hard to win games.  Also, didn't give me gem credit when I won. How do you contact Pogo directly to fix this problem. Have to stop playing because I get no credit for winning, senseless.

the cards dont turnover now when we play they just flash but dont turn over even when i i use a joker or the bowling ball thing  been that way for awhile  am using facebook  laptop

I am experiencing the exact same thing! It's upsetting because the games are already hard enough to win! Plus you can't move forward without the stars! I really liked this game too but like you said it is POINTLESS to play! Just a waste of MY TIME!

mom4troops, this is the same thing exactly for me. It has been over 2 months for me and I also have done everything and sent all things they have asked for. I really don't think they know how to fix it and are stalling with it. 

Solitaire Home Story has froze.  When I click continue nothing happens.  I had just finished a game and am no longer able to proceed.  I refreshed my screen, I exited out of the game and went back in and when the game loaded it was stuck on the same screen,  I then logged off and rebooted by computer, went back into the game and it is still stuck

I did everything you suggested.  No matter what browser I use the game is stuck exactly in the same place as the screen shot I provided.  My computer and browser meet the requirements. I can play all the other games without an issue.

Solitaire Home Story has been frozen for a week. It is stuck at tap to continue with a blue star burst on the screen.
