Solitaire Home Story will not load - June 2026

Are you using an iPad? Solitaire Home Story and Magic Moments haven’t worked on iPads for months. If a list of fixes and setting changes are suggested I can save you the time of bothering. If you do a search on here you’ll see that they keep trying to make people think that their devices are the problem or Apple is the problem but it only makes sense that for a few of their games, Pogo hasn’t been able to make them playable on iPads but they’re hesitant to say so on the forums. 

Late 2025 for me. I keep seeing them try to convince people that their iPads or settings are the problem but if you read through comments it’s the same story. People do all the suggestions and those games still won’t work. I’m sure the reps are told what to say but they don’t acknowledge that it’s a Pogo problem and they’re unable to fix it. 

Solitaire Home Story and Magic Moments just don’t work on iPads and haven’t since last year. I’ve done everything on the list of fixes so many times and nothing works. I wish they would just outright admit which games aren’t compatible with iOS so people don’t waste their time doing all of those fixes for no benefit. At first I had the impression Pogo was working on the issue but now it’s clear they can’t fix it and won’t just say so. They just shift blame to Apple or try to make members think the problem is on their end and it’s not. 

What is the point of putting Solitaire Home Story as a challenge when it will not load and all I see is a black screen.  I have tried the fixes suggested and nothing works.  Is there something else I can try or is there a bug in the game?

Can you explain what your question was before getting cut off? Is it in regard to Solitaire Home Story?

Mine also. I haven’t been able to play Solitaire Home Story on my iPad for months. It was working on my desktop Mac but that’s not working either now. I did all the troubleshooting things from EA but still nothing.

Solitaire Home Story will not load for a few months now, it says there is an issue with it loading and now Magic Moments also has the same issue so unable to play and missing out on badges because of it

I’ll add that I went through Pogo’s troubleshooting for these problems and did everything suggested for both the Mac computer and the iPad and it’s not working on either of them still

For months now Solitaire Home Story hasn't loaded on my ipad. Annoying but it works on my Apple desktop computer so I just play it there. NOW IT WONT LOAD ON THAT EITHER. I tried Safari and Chrome and it's just a black screen. How do I play this dumb game???
