Solitaire Home Story won't load

Hello, Solitaire Home Story won't load. It gets stuck on the intro screen. I have the latest browser (Chrome) have tried other browsers, cleared cache, restarted router, etc... When I log out, and...

If you are still running into issues with Solitaire Home Story not loading correctly please let us know the following:

  • What Device are you using?
  • Which web browser do you play on?
  • When did this first start?
  • Do you get an error message at all?
  • Screenshot of how your game appears...
