Re: Solitaire Home Story - Stuck on Give Kate a Tour

Haven't been able to play the game for over a week it just doesn't open up and now I'm having the same issues with a bunch of the other games like Mahjong sanctuary and other games for the badges. If I can't play the games I want to play what's the point in paying for something if I can't use it.

‘Solitaire Home Story has not loaded to be able to play in several months. I cannot play for any of the badges and can’t progress in the bingo or tea badge events because I can’t play past the game.

This game never opens... Never. And it's on the group thing, so now I'm done, because i can't move on. 

I keep getting kicked out of the game or it just won't open. Anyone else having the same problem?

I have not been able to play either for about 6 months have done all the trouble shooting and still can’t play

Hello and thanks for reaching out again. Not being able to play Solitaire Home Story for over six months is a bit surprising and I'm sorry you are experiencing this. 

Looking over your previous posts, I notice that I attempted to help you, and one of our top EA Community Managers EA_Rtas​ has also offered some guidance. However, there are still some questions from those posts that remain unanswered and you mentioned a few devices - "I am using my PC with Windows... Microsoft Edge and Chrome" and "Chrome Safari".

I have been having trouble with Solitaire Home Story for over 6 months now. I can't get past Chapter 3 Give Kate a tour and I have over 600 something stars to finish a bunch of Chapters but everytime I go to it to finish the Chapter it freezes up. I have asked for help with this a bunch of times and haven't gotten no help with it. I am really thinking abount cancelling my subscription with Pogo because I shouldn't be paying every month if I can't even play every game all the way. Please Please help!

I have not been able to play Solitaire home story for months. The game will not load on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have cleared the cachet. I’ve cleared the cookies. I have signed in and signed out. Restarted my phone and done every trick possible, but it still keeps giving me the black screen with the error message and will not load.  What else am I able to do to try to get this game to load because each month and week there are challenges to complete for badges and that game is usually one of them so I can complete 11 other game challenges and still not get the badge because I cannot load this game to play it and earn its badge. 

I can't get past the Level Give Kate a tour. It has been stuck like this for a month and I can't get it to go past it it is really aggravating cause I am on like level 199 but it won't let me go past this.
