Solitare Home Story

I have not been able to play Solitaire home story for months. The game will not load on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have cleared the cachet. I’ve cleared the cookies. I have signed in and signed out. Restarted my phone and done every trick possible, but it still keeps giving me the black screen with the error message and will not load.  What else am I able to do to try to get this game to load because each month and week there are challenges to complete for badges and that game is usually one of them so I can complete 11 other game challenges and still not get the badge because I cannot load this game to play it and earn its badge.
