Still having problems with ads

I have a free account and still have problems with ads not working.  Once in a while, there is a ten second ad.  The ten second ads still do not play.  Nothing happens, and I have to reload the game.  There is a new problem with Hulu ads.  These ads, after you watch part of the ad, have a button that says "skip ad" (or something to that effect).  When you click that button, the ad goes away, but the game doesn't load.  You have to reload the game.

Last night, someone decided they would add an ad at the bottom the screen (this is mostly in Solitaire Home Story).  When it first appeared, I couldn't click on the "Give Up" button, because it was mostly blocking the button and there was no functionality.  Today, they moved it a little bit, so if you click in the very upper left corner of the "Give Up" button, it works.  Also, the bottom frame that the ad is in covers up part of the Joker selection, so that you can't see how many jokers you have available (if any).  The ads at the bottom don't appear all the time.  The first ad that appeared at the bottom was entitled "Black Men's Summit".  Doesn't anyone at EA check ads out in a free account for functionality before they go live?  I am using Firefox and MS Edge on a Windows 11 PC.
