Stuck On Chapter One At 90% In Card Scramble

Hello.  In Card Scramble, I am stuck on Chapter One at 90%, and I have 38 stars (see attachment).  As you can see, the message states I have No Tasks Available, Play More Puzzles.  I have played many...

Game will not allow me to complete tasks, says to complete more puzzles in level one but I am in level 2
