I’m having the same problem

Hello Everyone!
Thank you for letting us know about what your experiencing in Sweet Tooth, try going through the following steps to see if we can help the game load normally on your device.
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
If you continue running into issues, please share the following information and we can pass this along to our team.
- Are you getting stuck on Level 6 of the Queen Challenge?
- Please Let us Know what device and browser your using
- share a Screenshot or video clip of the freeze
- DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device

I did all the suggested. Everything is up to date and still have the same issue on Level 6. Not sure where I send the info. I've used both Microsoft Edge, & Google Chrome Windows 10, HP laptop. I also tried it on our desktop which is Windows 11 Google Chrome, and still the same issues. I've had it freeze for no apparent reason. Also had times when the game pieces themselves seem to overlap.

did what was suggested and it still not working right. Its doing extra moves and then freezing. as can be seen by the screenshot it stops with three in a row or messing pieces.

I too am having this issue. I have even attempted to use and purchase, with gems, multiple 'power ups' all to no avail. I cannot complete level 6 I have used both chrome and edge on a windows pc using windows 11. attached is my screenshot of my latest attempt.. with 1 candy to go, the furthest I've been able to get, and now the game is frozen once again. I have already followed the steps outlined to clear cache and reboot, on both browsers.
