Tile Hero: Not Rewarding Powerups

I just had the same problem. 

Also, twice I've used coins to buy powerups and I get an error message. My coins are gone, but I don't have my powerups.

This is the second time that I haven't gotten my rewards for finishing a whole story level. I just finished level 618 and it SAID I got 1000 coins and one of all the helpers but when I went to play the next level none of that was there. This has happened before. I'm going to cancel my subscription if this is not fixed. I've been a very long time subscriber. This is rediculous that we have to report things in this way. This is not a professional operation. 

It tracked the first 70 wins, but I've just wasted hours and money playing the last 30 games and it hasn't registered any of them. I've tried exiting, reloading. So irritated. 

Not getting credit in the pinata party for the lollypops I earn for getting past levels . 

this site should really get an place where u can really get some I.T. support instead of forums. I haven't gotten any help outs for 4 times now after finishing chapters. Now the pinata isnt working either. Been shorted 6+ wins. If the people who run this can't fix anything, I suggest they give everyone shorted in this game 90 free gems so we can get some of the things we deserve!!!

Two weeks and two chapters in a row, I am not receiving my power ups or coins! I completed chapter 9 and 10, the animation shows my rewards being given, but they are not there for use! And last week my pinata party froze at 81, with no resolution.  

Please help! I would love to receive my game rewards and have these issues fixed.

The same here, receiving cash but no game rewards - also not receiving rewards given through Pogis constellation either.  When will this game be fixed???  Last time, the game "reset" to the beginning and now I have play through all the same chapters but on higher level (difficulty) games - this is getting ridiculous!

The same thing happens to me

TILE HERO  STILL HAS ISSUES.  FOR THE THIRD TIME WHEN I START A NEW CHAPTER, MY REWARDS DO NOT HAPPEN.  IT GIVES ME THE  DOLLARS BUT NO POWER REWADS .  POGO OWES ME 3 OF EACH!!  LIKE I AM SURE THEY WILL GIVE THEM TO ME LOL  I REALLY LIKE THE GAME  PLEASE FIX IT
