I am having trouble <it will not load my new hearts.. ;( It also took my 30 gems and dodnt give me anything ,trying to report it is impossible. help

Good luck, as you can see by reading through various threads it's next to impossible to get any type of customer assistance. The work around I use for the hearts not loading (although you can see them populate when you start the game) is quit the game and then restart...they should appear after that.

Spoke too soon, been stuck at 29:50 minutes for several hours now. The quit and come back trick doesn’t work anymore.
