I just loaded Tile Hero and selected to load my game which is level 617. When I click on it, a pop up comes up telling me, Congratulations you have qualified for the hero league. You need to complete all chapters to enter. I click on the continue button and the pop up disappears so I go back and click on my level 617 button to load my game and the pop up comes up again. This just keeps happening repeatedly. There is nothing else to click on.
I'm using Windows 11 and microsoft edge. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Update: Same issue occurs using Opera browser as well

Tile Hero has jumped ahead to the next level before I finished the last level and it is locked up and won't open the game board at all. It keeps telling me to finish prior level but the game is locked up PLEASE FIX ASAP
I'm having the same issue, but I'm stuck on level 428. Caught in a loop. Quite frustrating! Hope the bug gets fixed soon. I don't so much care about Hero League, I just want to play the next levels.
Same issue on android. Anyone else also notice that the lives don't update when you open the game after enough time has lapsed? I always have to let it load and then refresh.
Same here...it's been doing that for more than a week. Then this loop with Hero League popped up. Had no problem with the game until level 428. And so it continues...🤨
I have 5 life's and every time I try yo play level 189 it keeps saying congregations you have qualified for the Hero League! You need to complete all chapiters to enter! It will not let me play game.. This one is holding me up for bingo Jam. Please help. These challenges do not work if game isn't playable... HELP this is so UNFAIR

Pogo seems to have broken the game more than it already was. My lives are there, but I still can't play. When I click on the level button, I get a popup about qualifying for the Hero League, and i need to complete all the chapters to enter. Ummm...okay, whatever. When I click on either the "x"or "continue" to get rid of the popup, and then on the level button, it pops back up. Also, I am on chapter 6, but the story showing is back at the first one with the baby.
Yes, same here. I didn't notice that it was chapter one showing but went back in and it is the same for me. Infinite loop on the Congratulations, there's a new mini game maybe starting tomorrow according to the countdown and won't play.

I am on chapter 10, and am close to completing that level, but now they added this Hero League, it won't let me continue, keeps showing chapter 1, that has long ago been finished. I sure hope they fix this soon so I can finish chapter 10
Same. On chapter 13 and now back to one, cannot regenerate any new lives and now there’s some pinata and some other ad thing going on. I think they tried to add crap ads to a nice game and now can’t figure out how to go back?

Same. Edge, Windows 11, in a loop, game itself never loads.
