tile hero

when are you going to fix tile hero.. its been on spend stars .....im way passed level one... it doesnt let you do anything.... just stays on that begining screen.... ive spent money on this game for years... cant get an answer i cant find where to put in a complaint.. ive been playing here since you first started... come on guys fix your games
