Trizzle not giving purchased size increase powerups

Clicks through and gives you a checkmsrk but shows zero powerups when you go back to the game.

The fist time I tried it I wasn't paying complete attention so i figured i hit cancel or something else....second time I was very careful ans verified the ADDED Checkmark then went to see if the pu's were there in the game game. NO.  Then I wanted to see if it was taking my gems. YES bALANCE WENT DOWN BUT STILL NO PU'S,

BTW 2h3n you fix this, I DO NOT want three ets of the pu's, I tried to buy one set so i'll take those,, b rctions, Thank hou for your time e shoing in myh gems transaThey at I want the rest ofand consideration in this mattermy gems back.

    Hello! Sorry to hear about Trizzle not processing your booster purchase.

    In forums, assistance with purchase or account issues must be handled through EA Help directly through their secure channels for privacy. Please contact EA Help directly to open a case, and they will be able to assist you.

    Please ensure you have all the necessary information on hand, including the date and time of your purchase, what you bought, and proof of the purchase.

    As Pogo players we are able to view our purchase history two ways, one is from the My Account page on pogo, then click on View your Gem transaction record. Additionally, once you log on to EA Help with your Pogo credentials, you will also be able to see your transaction history here as well.
