In forums, assistance with purchase or account issues must be handled through EA Help directly through their secure channels for privacy. Please contact EA Help directly to open a case, and they will be able to assist you.
Please ensure you have all the necessary information on hand, including the date and time of your purchase, what you bought, and proof of the purchase.
As Pogo players we are able to view our purchase history two ways, one is from the My Account page on pogo, then click on View your Gem transaction record. Additionally, once you log on to EA Help with your Pogo credentials, you will also be able to see your transaction history here as well.
