I understand how frustrating it is when games you have played and loved for many years suddenly will not load, especially when nothing has changed on your end! The good news is that Monopoly Sudoku and Farm Merge Valley are both loading successfully on my end today, so the games are up and running on Pogo! This generally points to something on the device or browser that just needs a little attention to get things going again.
Since you have already cleared your cache, let’s try a few additional steps!
Things to try next:
- Try opening Pogo in Microsoft Edge — Edge comes already installed on Windows 10 and is a great way to test if Chrome is the culprit. If the games load in Edge, Chrome may need some attention!
- Check your browser extensions, ad blockers, VPNs, or privacy tools can quietly interfere with how Pogo games load. Try turning them off temporarily and test the games.
- Make sure Chrome (and Edge) are fully up to date, click the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome, select Help, then About Google Chrome to check for updates
- Update your graphics drivers, outdated graphics drivers are a very common cause of games not loading properly on Windows devices
A Special Note about Windows 10: Windows 10 is now in extended support which will occasionally affect browser game performance and compatibility. If you are able to, upgrading to Windows 11 is recommended for the best experience going forward!
To answer your question about refreshing just those two games, unfortunately there isn’t a way to refresh individual games separately, but the steps above target exactly what is most likely preventing them from loading and should get both games back up and running for you! 😊
