Trying to renew subscription; error trying to use Paypal
I'm trying to renew my Club Pogo subscription. Pogo offered me 37% off of the yearly price. Okay, so I'm biting. Problem is whenever I try to pay through Paypal I get this screen saying "Order Not Completed." And it doesn't make sense to me because my Paypal account is already on file with Pogo. It has been for several years now. If I go to try and buy gems my Paypal account already comes up as my primary payment method. What exactly is going on here? Is it the site itself? I've tried to renew my subscription through Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Still the same result.
Oh and the "file a report" link is absolutely useless. It sends me to the FAQ where it doesn't tell me anything about this ongoing issue. Nor can I find any link to open up an actual case dispute to get help from an actual employee. It is absolutely impossible to contact Pogo/EA support. I guess they don't want my money even at a sweet discount. Discount runs out on October 10th. If I can't get it renewed by then I'm not going to bother trying to renew my subscription. I'm not paying full price.
