Unable to reactivate completed Mix & Match Badges

Hello! I am not seeing an issue on my side as of yet with reactivating badges. I check recently badges and went back to look at badges from quite a few years ago and they still show Reactivate Now.

Additionally, if you are attempting to reactivate a Mix and Match badge from a Premium Collection that you did not complete, these may appear as expired, and we are unable to reactivate them.

Another possibility is the game is no longer on the website, or the Reactive Button may not be appearing due to Outdated Drivers and/or Browser cache overload, icons won’t load. Not sure if EA Help went through these steps with you.
