Wheel of Fortune

I'm losing my earned plays one after another in the middle of playing a game. The game freezes and then I get a message to reconnect to the game, I do that and it happens all over again. This has been an issue for almost a week.

Same here. I normally try to use my extras like Jackpot, Wild, etc, however I will be in the middle of game when a freeze up happens. It then asks if I want to resume game. Well instead of resuming where I left off, it puts me back to starting a new game and all of my purchased bonuses are gone. I am tired of spending all the gems to have extras and not getting the advantage of them.
