Follow the directions but instead of turning on, turn off.

I have had a problem for months with trizzle, the dolls stick on every thing, edge, chrome, vivaldi, opera, firefox, brave, nothing has helped, i have tried everything i know to do, i have a month and a half left on my subscription, i do not know if i want to renew, i reached out to ea and posted, another player was the only one who answered me. i tried to find the right troubleshooting help but couldn't find it, this time mod jada told me how to find help, the old pogo was easy to navigate, the new pogo is NOT!! i HATE the new pogo navigation, you should give people who are paying 40.00 a year a choice. please consider what i am saying, pogo took away the fun from pogo, it was fun, the chat, friends, games everything was fun but the new pogo is no longer fun. listen to your subscribers!
please fix trizzle and yes, i have updated windows on my desktop
(i posted this in its own post but i have still not gotten any response, i saw where this has been responded on lately. i do not know how to get pogos attention, this has been going on for months and no response from pogo)

I'm not a pogo employee, I just help out with answers when I can. I don't know how to fix your trizzle issue, the game works perfectly for me. Have you tried contactacting Pogo via the CONTACT US option?

i believe i tried in like january or febuary, i found the troubleshooting area posting on your post because i saw how pogo had responded to you, they do not seem to respond to me, my subscription expires just before th ned of july, if they do not answer me i wont renew, I will try to use the contact button tomarrow just to be able to say i tried everything and gave them a chance to answer, si far, other player have answered and pogo hasn't. Pogo needs to remember that we are their customers, therefore, they should try to provide help to their customers in a timely manner
