Winner games in Pogo and loser gets the points

I just played 3 games in a row against same opponent and I won all 3 games and I lost points versus winning points.  We pay real money to play these games.  This site has been glitching for weeks and now its getting out of control.  I want my points, it takes effort and skill to win theses games only to allow the loser to get the points...Come on EA. Fix the glitch. I want my lost points, I was had 1127 and won 3 games the other person was 950+ when we started.  How do I now have 1122 when I did not lose.  I fairly won all 3.  Please give me my points.  speakes2me
