I’m getting error with waste management.  Added 2 recycling centers ad have 5500 capacity and 2500 demand. Now I have to keep renovainabandoned buildings. It’s a catch 22 situation I can’t get out of

Please create a fix for the power, sewage and others.....ALL IN RED

2. Napisałem o tym problemie do pomocy jednak tam odpowiadają boty a nie ludzie które wkleję sztuczne formułki. Na każdą odpowiedź czeka się tydzień. To wszystko trwa już kilka tygodni. Czy jeżeli płacę za grę prawdziwymi pieniędzmi powinienem być tak traktowany ? Kto mi zwróci stracone surowce, pieniądze, czas i nerwy spowodowane przez te błędy ? 

This “service upgrade” is perhaps the most egregious money grab the game has ever attempted. You should be ashamed.  I have played Buildit for 9 of the 10 -now 11 years. All of my cities are in dire conditions with the service upgrades the game developers have inflicted upon them.  None of the services work, none. I sold every Omega bridge I had, all extra drone, and controlnet buildings, spent every Omega coin I have made/had for the last week, just to buy a few “upgrades” in the services the game now requires me have.  I think it will be months of this constant make/ sell items/ tear down all my omega roads, before I can remedy the game’s changed standards. All was working in all these cities before this was forced on me. All were, and still show 100% happiness, but the service tab shows my cities are in “red” I have gotten some of them to orange- but I am very far away from getting back into green. The cost of this, in both coins, and omega coins are in the millions after the first week. If there were gifts, they were so minimal, I cannot see them or their benefit. I have to redesign my cities after I pay for the services again to be “turned-on’.

Again, you should be ashamed at how badly you destroyed the game experience.  The cost to the Player is unfair and destructive. Please, please remedy. The help through the EA link in the game has clearly switched to AI, as it is unhelpful and filled with random stock answers.

Demand in services is not distributed correctly between service buildings .

As you can see I added 3 small fire stations to supply enough capacity for all my residential buildings. But as soon as I leave my capital (to go to my regions or to visit another city) the capacity gets distributed badly and my buildings don’t have fire coverage anymore which doesn’t make any sense.

Same think goes for police, health and regional services. 

Can EA please fix that, they ruined all my city layouts with this update, they should at least make it work correctly.

The latest feedback post from EA says

"All existing players who received Services 2.0 have also received gifts—free service buildings, with some already fully upgraded, as well as currency. We calculated these individually based on your city’s progress and needs."

I think they need to review the algorithm they used! The "free" buildings and currency were not enough to fix the problems in my 4 regions. My capital city is a mess, and will take weeks (probably months) of collecting simoleons and neo-simoleons to fix. An extra payment of simoleons and neo-simoleons to compensate for this error would be welcome, and might help to restore some of the good will lost through this update.

Fixing some of the bugs would also help! I move services around to fix the coverage issues in my regions, and everything in the new dashboard is green, then next time I come back the coverage problems are back, just as they were before I fixed them. I have given up trying to fix these coverage issues for now, hoping that there will be a game update soon that fixes this bug.

If you put all the pieces together, reducing prizes, rising costs, every update having simple bugs like the displaying smoke on active factories. Code that should not have been touched. Unnecessary updates to the UI so they can put more adverts in our face. All the original coders are likely gone replaced by cheaper less experienced programmers, easy to blame for bugs

The picture on the lid of the jigsaw box paints a very dark end for this game. They are squeezing what they can before shutdown. Rich people wont care they’ll move on, those without money never spent it anyway. The rest of us are having to choose between spend to fix our broken cities, only to see them eventually shutdown or leave and fine another game.

I strongly recommend the latter. As the former is IMHO a waste of time and money. Go to a new game, preferably with a customer support team that are real people responding same day and not scripted bots replying (if at all) some. 48-72 hours later

Why did you guys increase the price of war cards? I mean wasn't it already difficult for us to upgrade them in the first place? First you reduced simcash from Mayor Pass and then you reduced simcash rewards from club chests, then reduced all the rewards from Vu pass, now you have increased the price of war cards by 60%, Kindly make it fair and not just a money grabbing scheme. Most of my club members who were playing this game for 5-8 years are leaving it one by one. Believe me, first play this game yourself and then find out what needs to be done with the game and not aimlessly introducing useless updates full of errors. Most of the things you introduce are just forced upon players, players can't do anything because they don't have any options to choose from. At least ask the community whether they need this or not. Please look into this matter because this is the only place where we can contact the community manager, all other help and customer services are just Bots replying same scripts again and again.

As others have asked when will issues be resolved. My services are not working at all.  I have power capacity of over 400 with a demand for 60.  Cannot work.around it. Similar situation with water, sewage and trash .
