✨Service 2.0 Update - Feedback Thread✨

Please reduce the service demand. I am playing this game for 2 years. After coming back I am having difficulty upgrading building due to lack of services and simoleons. Later on it will be impossible to continue with such mechanic.

I hate the developers. I've always had a bottom of the barrel opinion of them, but now I straight have zero care for them. It's taking a lot for me to just be polite.

I deleted my second city and my feeder today. Before seasonal currency, managing multiple cities wasn't that hard. But now there is nothing but currencies to convert or collect to redeem. But it's slowly been wearing me down (I even said earlier this that seasonal currency will tire players out and cause them to leave). And it's been slowly happening.

But then the services 2.0 bull s**t happened. Initially I was in favor of it because I thought it would actually save on space utilization, but that was a big no. I would have otherwise just dealt with the changes but..

THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST ROLLOUT OF ANYTHING TECH RELATED I'VE EVER SEEN. 

I have zero confidence in the developers abilities. Every single app update they release has some serious bug issue that takes weeks to fix. The saddest part of this all, the only means to report issues it seems is through this forum and the support here on the forum is absolute garbage. I don't think there is a single competent person around who can help sooth things over while the service upgrade rollout is complete. I hate to say it, but I don't think there is a "roll back" option. I think the game is stuck with the cess pool that has been created.

The only city of mine that has the upgrades currently is a brand new city I literally just started a week or so ago to act as another feeder but I'm going to delete that one too. The service upgrades has even made starting a new city incredibly cumbersome, and I cannot see many "new players" sticking around because it is just now a complete mountain to climb. Before I got new cities to level 18 within a matter of days. 

Great job EA, you pushed me to focus more on my mental health and less on the design of my cities. I'm gonna enjoy all the time I'm getting back.

Nobody from EA is even reading this thread. This thread is nothing but a dumping ground for every other thread people make to complain to be merged into. I wish they would stop that, it completely destroys the flow of conversation in the thread.

I haven’t had the ability to sell more than a single war item at a time for years.  Wish they would allow it.  Dumb change when it was made ages ago.

Be happy that you don’t have the “upgrades”.  They are horrible.

Can anyone comment:  The new Trade Depot behavior now takes you to the city, rather than to the Trade Depot (ostensibly, to burn more time and prevent you from purchasing items you need)

Is that a ‘new feature’ or a ’bug’? It will dictate whether I continue to play, as it is almost unusable in the current configuration.

Can EA confirm they are aware of this and plan to correct this behavior?

Has the War Store been modified to no longer sell multiple items? Previously, there would be options to purchase 5x of various item in the Store, for the last few days, this appears to have been removed and there are only single item purchases available. This would be consistent with the other ‘new features’ that are designed to discourage free play and force user to spend more $$ to progress

This is what Milton is referring to and is obvious to me Lanna you don’t play the game so have no idea what half of us are even talking about.

Im assuming that Milton is on an iPhone so you can imagine the pics would be a lot smaller.

We are all saying that this new concept is an absolute **bleep** idea from the developers and it’s just a massive money grab since EA has been bought out.  We want the game returned to how it was! How hard can it be ?

I don't think I can endure another round of seasonal currency and then also deal with the service buildings fiasco. I put all my war items up for sale to my club mates for 1 coin each. I'm out.
