Ads not working

I have seen people mad that they have to watch ads. I have seen people mad their COM points aren't working. 

My specific aggravation is a combo of both. 

It gives me the option to watch an ad (whether its for the export row, to get seasonal coins, or something else). I watch the ad fully. I do not click out. But it doesn't give me the reward. The export row does NOT refresh and only gives me the option to pay the SIM cash to clear it. Or it does not give me the seasonal coins. It counts the ad as one of my 2 ads towards the com task, but does not give me the coins. Does not refresh the export rows. 

The fact that I can't easily communicate this problem with someone who can help is even more infuriating.

    Most of the ads have a tiny button that allows you to send feedback to the ad company. I'm not sure they listen to this feedback, but I use it when an ad has problems.
