Can’t complete a mission to build mass production factory
I already have one and have had one for most of the game!
Definitely a bug but how do I clear this? I can’t update the building yet either

Maybe the ask is that you build one now that you have the task available - rather than already owning it when the task appeared. You'd need to demolish a lower level factory first to be able to build another one.
