Cheaters reporting in iPhone

It’s not as easy as you think! If it was easy I would do it three or four times a week 

It’s time to start outing these people!  EA HAS THE RESOURCES AND THE RESPONSIBILITY to stop this,, you know the cues, you know how to scan, you know everything, people who play sometimes spend money for things in this game, why should we when every other war game is fraught with corruption.

EA NEEDS TO GET THIS STOPPED

I don't know if it's the same guy or not (I refuse to call him a player, since imho he's nothing but a cheater) but he applied to join the Club of which I am president. Our Club has always been determined to play fairly and to help each other out, but within the rules of the game. I looked over this applicant and he had a relatively low city level, but EVERY disaster was at level 20.

I've played the game for many years, am at level 96, but my highest disaster is Mellow Bellow @ level 11. Because of other commitments, I didn't notice his application for a couple of days. However, it made me smile that neither of the VPs, not any of the Seniors had even been tempted to admit him to our club. Given EA's attitude, keeping them out of your Club is the best way of sending them a message.

I remember some time ago, one President posted his Club's attitude to those clubs with cheats. His club didn't attack them, which merely wasted war items, but simply repaired their own buildings as a cheap way of gaining war items to add to their stock for the next time they were drawn against a non-cheating Club. Personally, I liked the idea and adopted it!

The support just doesn't care about the players. They can only be rude and do nothing

Report. But report dont work. Also no city names. Every disaster in level 20. Cityies in level 20...30. Again and again russian cheaters.

I’m convinced that support is one person who is incompetent. Support is a joke. In the past, support was very helpful, but that stopped about 5 years ago. 

I have reported dozens of cheaters and they are still there. Nothing is ever done. It is becoming pointless playing this game as you can win neither war nor CoM. The last one I have reported every week for winning CoM every week by a huge margin is still there. I will soon be retiring from the game as many other have.

The support team is run by amateurs. They were rude to me, instead of solving the problem, they disappeared. It's useless to write to this support team. I've already written a negative review about their work on the Play Market 3 times. And a lot of people supported me.

Never get a response from EA when reporting cheers. Useless AI replies in iPhone EA Help chat "Thanks.....Our game team will review the report. For privacy reasons, we can't share the outcome of our investigation".

And that's it. Nothing.

Is it really that difficult for the EA team to reply "We looked into your report but we didn't see anything suspicious in the reported player and we can't block him" or something else.

No EA is silent. This game is big F-.
