Service glitch

Yes! I just came here to report the same issue. All of my services (water, electricity, waste, etc.) are showing as red and stating there isn't enough coverage, and a lot of buildings are popping up with the speech bubbles claiming it too. I know there is, because I upgraded EVERYTHING and the capacity for each is higher than the demand for them. It’s getting a tad annoying, pretty sure it started after the Christmas update :( I’ve attached photos so devs can see what it’s looking like.

Welcome to Services 2 where ample is still not enough!

Alongside this problem, loads and loads of abandoned buildings on the basis of lack of services. Despite the fact that the services have capacity way in excess of demand. And despite the fact that I thought the Services 2 announcement said there would be a grace period and we wouldn’t have abandoned buildings. 

Exactly the same issues here! I’ve tried moving deptments around, endless up-grading (I’m now broke) with a falling population and abandoned buildings, I’ve been playing this game for years but I’m now seriously looking at other games.  No one seems to care or be able to solve the issues.

oh and it continually crashes every time I access the services.
