Epic Events
For some reason, I am no longer receiving the golden helmets to start epic events. Anyone had this issue before? Tried reinstalling. No luck. Been happening for months. Thoughts?

Do you have any fully upgraded residential buildings (I mean the actual basic residential building)? If you don't, that is why you don't have any golden helmets.
If the city area is not open enough, it may not be possible.
