Error Code : 1200.0.999

Whenever I try to login to google play account , the game Simcity Buildit logs in but hangs and displays the follwing message :

Error Code : 1200.0.999 PlayerID: 425147411

Although, it lets me connect to facebook.

My android phone details are given as attached files.

My phone Xiaomi Redmi 1s

    I had the same error today and when i went and uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it and played thru the tutorial to the point where i could choose my game the game it restored is two weeks old i have lost all of my work not to mention over 1500 sim cash from the last two weeks i went from 410898 pop this morning at 1 30 am to 380 thousand and some how is it thaqt the update caused my facebook to not sync with the game and lost all data for the last two weeks including my cash purchases? when i just went to my contest of mayors progress it shows where i was as of last night and yet my city itself has been rolled back 2 weeks. If nothing else can be done i want my sim cash refunded or replaced i have receipt of having paid for it on my bank statement please replace it or refund the money i spent or i will be forced to start action thru my bank.

    See, I had solved my problem few days after I had posted the problem. I just changed my settings from my phone... my phone was not allowing the game to connect via mobile data. I just had to remove that restriction. So, NO UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING.

    Now, about your investing money and all, I'm really really sorry that I can't help in that. I didn't get entangled in such a situation. Sorry for your loss.

    I would submit a support ticket on this one.  They may not be able to recover your 2 weeks, but any simcash purchased can be added to your account.  At least with that they are pretty good with and they can go through their records and verify that you did indeed make the purchase.  I would explain it to them just as you have here.  Be sure to include your Game ID.
