Getting bugged!

Hi EA I am having a few issues with game play! I accomplished an Epic building last week, according to Facebook I'm not the only one that cannot collect it. This is affecting my com points and  I feel  I should be reimbursed for any lost reward in COM! Second 4 of my 7 trains are loaded and ready for dispatch! However same error message every time! "Something went wrong try again later." Again I have purchased the train pass, and feel I should be reimbursed for any lost reward! I appreciate the update and don't want to stop supporting your future monetarily! Please fix soon thank you!
