How to complaint bugs to EA official?

I have posted many times that I have met a stupid game crash that caused me a lot of damage. So tell me the way of compensation.

Really stupid and ridiculous bug that finished task disappeard after a crash. Maybe EA thinks there are so many users.

Welcome to the EA Forums SCBI boards. Yes, you absolutely can share your feedback and flag bugs on these boards. This can be a great space to share your experience and what's happening in your game, including bugs. It says it best in our forum blog post: What's New on the Forum

While we won’t post on everything, we are constantly reading the boards and reporting back emerging issues, traffic and issue trends, bug reports, and feedback. So, if there’s an issue, please let us know.

You'll also find other Mayors here, and in cases like bugs or experiences, they might also be running into the same issue. Recently, there was an issue where cities were crashing after the latest update, and a few sharp Mayors shared a workaround to solve the crashing by disabling the citywide effects on the Legendary tree, while we worked to patch things on our side. So you'll find a good community of Mayors here, and everyone shares what they know to help each other out.  🙂
